What has already been added: 

- New escape route;

- Extreme+, Cruel & Prime difficulties;

- New area & puzzles; 

- Anomaly Mode: You can add one of 23 unique Anomalies to the game;

- Added 3 custom presets and the ability to choose preset which you want;

- New Extra lock;

- New modifier: Nightmare walls;

- Crouch speed increased by 150%;

- And more cool features

Extreme+: 

- Granny moves 35% faster than in Extreme mode;

- Added new extra lock; 

- Granny dies for 7.5 seconds with crossbow and for 15 with shotgun;

- Added more creaking floors

Cruel: 

- Granny moves 80% faster than in Extreme mode;

- Granny dies for 1 second with crossbow and for 5 with shotgun;

- Granny opens doors immediately;

- Added new extra lock; 

- Added more creaking floors;

- Nightmare walls is ON;

- You can only remove only 1 Nightmare wall

Prime: 

- Granny moves ~300% faster than in Extreme mode;

- Granny is immortal;

- Granny opens doors immediately;

- Added new extra lock, new puzzles and items; 

- Added even more creaking floors;

- Nightmare walls is ON;

- You can't remove Nightmare walls;

- Granny is very smart;

- Many traps are set from the very beginning of the game;

- Granny is blinded for 15 seconds by the pepper spray instead of 30;

- There are almost no objects in the house that the granny could knock over;

- Darker mode is different;

- You have 1 day;

- Added new enemy: Evil chair (Stool);
